Having spent twenty years with the City of Bethlehem Police Department, serving ultimately as the Chief of Police, I developed a deep understanding of evidence, systematic investigation, and human behavior. When I transitioned into trial law, representing individuals in workplace discrimination, civil rights, and complex civil litigation, I combined those street-level investigative instincts with rigorous courtroom advocacy.
My approach to a case has always been immersive. Where conventional practice might rely strictly on written discovery, I have always believed in looking behind the paperwork of a legal file. Whether utilizing my formal training in crash reconstruction to physically analyze a scene from every angle, or investing the time to deeply understand the clients and witnesses involved, I look for the real-world context behind the data. Because I understand how investigations actually unfold on the ground and how individuals operate under pressure, I see human dynamics and critical details that standard legal training often misses.

My experience in a senior executive higher education role provides a deep understanding of institutional governance, policy design, and complex labor relations.
